Wayne Davis, Glen Neuman and Roy Verbrugge have formed Bayridge Builders and are committed to have Bayridge become the building company of choice for Royal Bay homeowners. Their company was formed to reduce triplication of effort while developing more effective systems for designing, building and marketing new homes.
Each Bayridge partner has been designing and building residential housing since the 1970’s and have collectively constructed in excess of 500 single and multifamily homes. Each partner contributes the experiences developed in their own successful homebuilding enterprises. Roy will set aside Hearthstone Homes as an active development and homebuilding company to participate in Bayridge. Similarly, Wayne and Glen will be setting aside Award Builders and Glen Neuman Construction to participate in Royal Bay with Bayridge.
In order to optimize the development and building potential in Royal Bay and to realize the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, the contribution of each partner has been differentiated into primary areas of responsibility. Wayne is responsible for product development, contract administration and cost control. Glen is responsible for site development, construction, quality control and warranty service. Roy is responsible for corporate finance, marketing and design.
