Since 1976, Fairwest Construction Co. Ltd. has successfully guided people through the construction process. From developing a floor plan to handing over the keys at the front door, Fairwest makes dealing with designers, realtors, mortgage companies, material suppliers and trades people both pleasant and trouble free. By developing positive working relationships and relying on expertise built up over 25 years, Fairwest can proudly say: "Our service 'callbacks' are the lowest in the industry!"

Fairwest Construction is a family business. Owner/principal Dennis Dale takes a personal pride in the homes his company builds. Dennis is deeply involved in the construction industry and has served two terms on the executive of the Canadian Home Builders Association-Victoria, and has also served on various committees and task forces for the Municipality of Saanich.

Fairwest has built hundreds of houses in the Victoria area. One of their most well-known projects is the Sunnymead/Cordova Park Development where they built over 50 homes. Other projects have been developed in Sidney, the Westshore, Central Saanich, Strawberry Vale, Gordon Point, and most recently, Rogers Farm.

Currently Fairwest Construction Co. Ltd. is co-developing Holly Farm Townhomes with Genco Construction Ltd.
